What counts as an order?

Only post-purchase upsell orders count toward your monthly limit. Thank you page cross-sells are unlimited on all plans.

What is the revenue fee?

The revenue fee applies only to accepted post-purchase upsells — not your total store revenue. On the Free plan, if a customer accepts a $20 upsell, you pay $0.60. Thank you page cross-sells have no fee. Charged monthly through Shopify.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the PostSurge dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

Offers simply stop showing for the rest of that calendar month. Your store keeps working normally — customers just won't see the upsell. You'll get a warning before you hit the limit.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is free forever — no trial needed. You can test all features on the Free plan before upgrading.
